These are the current retail labor rates we charge for technical services including emergency and non-emergency services.

Infrastructure &  Support with Description of Services Performed

Workstation Level Support $75/hr

(Desktop support, Install Standard Software, Virus & Spyware Removal, Workstation Optimization)

Network/Server Level Support $95/hr

(Non-Standard Installs and basic network troubleshooting)

Note:

• Normal Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday excluding Holidays
• Emergency/Rush or work outside normal work hours: 50% surcharge
• Minimum charge onsite is 1 hours; Minimum charge for remote support is ½ hour
• Travel charged at normal rates.

Flat Rate Technical Services

This is the typical flat rate pricing for common technical services including emergency and non-emergency services. All of these services may be performed at an hourly rate (1 hour minimum), which will typically end up costing less when compared to purchasing multiple flat rate services.

Basic Standalone PC Setup $95

Operating System  Service $150

Data Migration (Transfer information from old computer to new computer) $175

Wireless Networking $125

Add a network drive, printer or computer to an existing network $95

DSL or Cable Setup to an Existing Network $95

Network Storage Device Setup $125

Software Services Price:

Antivirus Install $95

Operating System Install $150

Software Service $125

Standard Software Install (MS Office, QuickBooks, Adobe, Macromedia) $95

Hardware Services Price:

Memory Install $95

Optical Drive Install $95

Note: The above pricing is for labor only and is exclusive of any parts, software, licensing, taxes, fees, etc. There is a minimum fee of $75 for onsite service.
